We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and express couriers to ensure your chocolate bouquets and fruit arrangements arrive as fresh as the moment they were made.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a gift?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance for peak periods like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We offer a curated range of vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free gift hampers. Please use the 'Dietary' filter on our collection pages to find the perfect gift.
What is your policy if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home, our couriers will leave the gift in a safe, shaded spot. If no safe place is available, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Every Edible Blooms gift includes a complimentary gift card. You can type your personalized message in the 'Gift Message' box before adding the item to your cart.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your gift arrives in a less than perfect condition, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
